Humboldt Salmon History

I came across this a few years ago while surfing the web.
I sat on the couch and read it all. Mostly because it happened right where I grew up and my family had a dairy right at the mouth of the Eel (Crab Park). Do you remember the white barn down there? I used to milk cows there as a kid.
There isnt much left. Just a concrete ramp half buried in sand.
